CRM Facilities has extensive experience of managing large residential blocks, and we currently manage around 2,600 units, in over 40 sites throughout the Midlands and South of England. We understand the management requirements involved with larger provincial blocks, which require management of facilities including; onsite security, concierge services and lift management, in addition to regular servicing of communal areas. We have several members of staff employed by CRM who work on site, providing a quality service to residents.
Our clients cover the full residential block ownership range, including Developers, Institutional investors, Freeholders, Housing Associations and Resident Management Companies. CRM Facilities aim to provide an excellent service, and to enhance the value of our clients’ property assets.
Among our clients, Earthquake (IRL) Ltd develop brown-filled sites, tailoring their properties to private and corporate investors. CRM Facilities provide services on a number of their new developments. These include Commercial Street in Birmingham, and a prestigious new quayside development in Swansea, known as Meridian Quay.

Meridian Quay is a brand new estate, with 291 units spread across an estate of 7 blocks. It boasts the tallest tower in Wales. Meridian Quay incorporates a restaurant at the top of the tower, as well as several commercial units on the ground floors. CRM Facilities provide a 24 hour – 365 day concierge service for this development.
