Established in 1996, Corporate Residential Management (CRM) became autonomous in spring 2004, following a management buy-out from Savills plc. CRM is now one of the UK’s leading corporate property managers, providing a range of property services, across a number of sectors.
Our strategy has seen us focus on the institutional sector, and large corporate residential portfolios. Our expert business divisions have developed, to also provide specific services to developers and private investors. By ensuring we understand our prestigious clients’ needs, we are able to provide bespoke solutions through innovative management, supported by dedicated teams, enhanced reporting and data analysis.
The business divisions developed by CRM include Student Accommodation Management, Property Management, Relocation Services, Consultancy Services, Facilities Management and Client Accounting. Our philosophy is very much one of partnership and shared objectives, and we see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ organisations. CRM is continually growing, and currently has over 100 members of staff, employed at numerous locations throughout the UK. |
