CRM Property Management
CRM are responsible for the management of a large number of residential properties throughout the UK for a wide range of clients, including portfolios for the UK s three largest institutional funds.
Client Accounting
As well as managing rental guarantee products for residential buy-to-let investors, we also provide rental payment services for staff accommodation throughout the UK.
CRM Property Sourcing
Through our network of letting agents, CRM source properties for a national retail chain, managing around 1,000 moves a year. We also carry out a relocation negotiation service for a major international plc.
CRM Student Accommodation Management
CRM currently manage eleven modern student accommodation blocks throughout the UK, with a total of 4,000 bed spaces. Our experience in this area, along with our client accounting facilities, enable us to provide individually tailored management and accounts packages.
Student Accommodation Consultancy
CRM offer a consultancy service to developers and investors, focusing on design, configuration and specification of student accommodation, based upon our operational management expertise. By becoming involved prior to development, we can use our experience and knowledge to help our clients reduce any uncertainty surrounding a development. For example, we are currently working on some sites two or three years ahead of launch, confident in the knowledge that the key issues have been addressed at the outset rather than being remedied at launch.
CRM Block Management
CRM currently manage around 2,600 units across 40 sites, throughout the midlands and south of England. Responsibilities include on-site security, concierge services, lift management and servicing of communal areas. Our experienced staff are based on-site in order to ensure a top quality service.
