Through our network of letting agents, CRM source properties for a national retail chain, managing around 1,000 moves a year. We also carry out a relocation negotiation service for a major international plc.

CRM Students has taken an active interest in the emerging student accommodation market over the past 6 years. With over 25 student accommodation sites, and some 8,000 units, CRM Students is continually growing. It is now one of the UK’s largest independent professional managers of purpose-built student accommodation.

CRM has extensive experience of managing large residential blocks, and we currently manage units in over 40 sites throughout the UK. We understand the management requirements involved with larger provincial blocks, which require management of facilities including; onsite security, concierge services and lift management, in addition to regular servicing of communal areas.
