CRM Facilities has extensive experience of managing residential blocks, and we currently manage over 2,500 units throughout England and Wales.

We aim to deliver a high quality service to our clients and leaseholders, and ensure that the obligations of the freeholder and/or management company are met.

Our clients range from developers, institutional investors, freeholders and resident management companies.

CRM Facilities understands the management requirements involved in the servicing of communal areas. As part of delivering this service we tender for both regular and ad hoc contracts; in order to achieve value for money without compromising service levels.

We arrange a wide spectrum of services; from cleaning and landscaping to onsite security, concierge services, car park control and maintenance, placing competitive building insurance, as well as employing and managing on-site staff.

We also specialise in the management of ground rent and chief rent portfolios.

CRM Facilities aims to provide an excellent service through enhancing the value of our clients' property assets.
